First Attempt = disaster

 Quick Summay of what went wrong-

Got sick the night before, head cold something awful, and breathing was a pain in the *ss. Also, I tried running a three hundred a couple of hours before my race.. unfortunatly, this was the highlight of my night (46-). It was just one of those races where you really want to go faster, your legs can take it, but you just can't. Blah. Time was a 519, 12 whole seconds off my PR. Got some film of it, so I'm fixing everything I can, but sometimes technique just isn't enough I guess. I also have pictures of the mile race and a video of the SMR, so I'll upload them eventually.. hopefully soon.

Thanks for all the positive support on the first blog, and the next one should be January 13, when Dartmouth is past.
